Delivery

Lead time should be two weeks maximum from the start of the making process. It may arrive earlier if it is a) in stock b) not too busy. But, if it is a large or bespoke order it may take a little longer, in this case I will contact you to discuss.

If you require a piece for a specific date, please let me know and I will endeavour to prioritise your order.

Postage within the UK is free, via Royal Mail First Class Delivery and should take 1–2 days.

Returns

I want you to love your knits and enjoy them for years to come. Items are always sent in the good faith that they are of pleasing quality and condition!

If, however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Jojo Knits within 14 days of delivery unless specified as part of a sale or promotion.

  • For all return enquiries please email jo@jojoknits.co.uk within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include your name and order number in your enquiry

  • Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with any original tags attached

  • Jojo Knits reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of damage, alterations or misuse

  • Please allow 7–14 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed

  • Return policy only applies to purchases made on www.jojoknits.co.uk

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake

  • Please ensure your parcel is suitably tracked and insured as the goods are your responsibility until we receive the return

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely situation that your your order arrives damaged please email jo@jojoknits.co.uk within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. Please note I unfortunately do not offer postage refunds on returned items. 

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting me first. Damaged faulty items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior arrangements confirmed. 

Alterations

For bespoke commissions I can only offer alterations or an exchange. For other items purchased, I am able to offer alterations or a full refund minus postage.
